The present paper deals with the school and its possibilities of meeting. In it, children have experiences related to events that give meaning to their lives, thanks to the incorporation of truths that profoundly mark their existence. Truths that are shaping a school biography that is little perceived by the teacher or the researcher in education. Following the trail to these truths implies a challenge for both education and research, as it requires a sensitivity that overflows our accustomed modes of relationship and school understanding.
