PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICES AND THEIR INFLUENCE IN SCHOOL COEXISTENCE

Objective: to establish actions from the pedagogical practices that influence properly in school coexistence of students of the educational institution Gerardo Arias Ramírez. Methodology: qualitative research, with action-research design, applying a semi-structured interview as instrument to collect information along with a pedagogical diary from the observation and the work done with the people involved. Findings: in the analyzed pedagogical practices, the dialog and the agreement were an outstanding point, mediations that favor the interpersonal relationships between students and teachers and the educational processes in an educational scenario. Conclusions: there is evidence of the need to continue to develop research that enriches the responsible and ethical analysis of the relationships and the school coexistence. Being the purpose of this analysis the establishment and favoring of pedagogical practices that allow interpersonal relationships based on the respect and the acknowledgment of the human being from the difference and the otherness, which become in educational challenges for the human evolution and progress.
