Objective: to identify and describe the perceptions of young homosexuals toward the exclusion of sexual diversity at school. Methodology: descriptive ethnography. Findings: since the public declaration of the homosexuality of the subjects surveyed, a transformation originates in the relationship with their classmates, resulting in manifestations generally of invisibility and contempt. Conclusions: the school has become a focus of discriminatory practices fed by heterosexual patterns that exclude the sexual diversity and gender.
