Objective: to supply spaces for a sensitization and dialogue with students at school Renán Barco, based on daily experiences, which allow this population to know and identify their body as a possibility in the search for pregnancy prevention at early age. Methodology: qualitative research method with emphasis on participatory action-research, in which the observation, thinking, acting and feedback phases were followed by using structured surveys and the creation of ludic workshops as a strategy to solve this issue. Findings: the institutionalized education on sexuality presents a lack of quality, aspect that is evidenced on the absence of persistence and pertinence of sexual education projects. Conclusions: it is notorious the way on how young people see the body and take care of it, analyzing aspects as self-esteem, life project and decision-making; same as the emotional and socioeconomic obstacles derived from a pregnancy at early age.
