DISCIPLINE, REGULATION AND HETEROSEXUALITY IN SCHOOL LIFE

Objective: to analyze, from a critical perspective, the mechanisms by which the discipline oriented approach and the regulations of the body are performed in the everyday school life. Methodology: ethnography was used as an interpretative strategy that allows unraveling the power relations that articulate the cultural processes through which identity is constructed. Conclusions: the results of the research were organized in four categories: reports the hegemony or sexual binary, the imposition of the heterosexual matrix through desire and consumption; of language as ideological mechanism through which identity is constructed, and, acts of resistance to normalization in the school.
