Objective: to present the analysis carried out of a traced documentary that reveals the investigative tendencies, lines and theories around the corpus in education. Methodology: an analytical reflection was accomplished in local, national and international wide level, to the interpretation of embedded form that constitutes the different investigation studied from following statements: population, context, methodology and categories of corpus. Conclusions: the analysis of state of arts exposes important weaknesses, emphasis, blanks for future investigations.
