STRATEGICAL ACTIVITY AT ESCOLA DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA E ESPORTE (EEFE) DA UNIVERSIDADE DE SÃO PAULO (USP): ANALYSIS OF PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE

Objective: to analyze and identify the professional praxis of the course of baccalaureate in Physical Education graduates of EEFEUSP. Methodology: quantitative statistics investigation. Educative practicums during 2007 and 2013 (811 processes) were analyzed. Findings: the companies were divided to understand the facts in a better way, concluding that students present a higher frequency of practicum in these fields: Gymnasium/Fitness and Club/School and Labs; these two last fields belong to USP. At the end, it was evident that the area with highest frequency is Physical Conditioning. Besides, the population who the students of EEFEUSP work with is mostly adults. Regarding to employment market, the field that offers more practicums is Gymnasium/Fitness. Conclusions: the EEFEUSP performs a relevant role as theoretical issue as practicums. Finally, a wide number of students achieved as trainee at the own faculty.
